Greetings - Today is Saturday 12 Sept 2015.
Our bodies have adjusted to Bali time, 12 hrs. ahead of Florida time. We are sleeping through the night and have passed through the jet lag stage. We both had massages on the second day, which removed the kinks from the cramped airline seats.
So this morning we set off on a back road journey to reconnect into the energy of life which is a Balinese key for living in the state of inner peace.
The Balinese believe that everything is created from the same energy and the same source. Thus as we mentioned before, the energy of life is their teacher. For when they are in harmony with the energy they are in harmony with life as well as a Oneness with the One Supreme God — Peace.
To stand in the rice fields and feel the wind caressing our bodies makes one feel alive. As the same time there is an energy that embraces our hearts and makes us feel loved, full and complete.
Many say that Bali is the Navel of the earth and an entry point for the energy of the creation from the Creator to enter the earth. Thus the energy of life is more present and noticeable on the island. Therefor our first road trip is to the rice files, away from the crowds and congestion, to honor and connect into the energy for of a fill up. Once one has made the trip there will be no question but that Bali is the Navel of the earth and the energy ov creation is real. For when you leave the island something is different inside — a new peace and awareness.
One can not experience true love till they find and live in inner and outer peace.
Tomorrow we head up the mountains for our first ceremony at the forest temple.
